This blog post is about Jurassic Park III. In the blog they return to the second island to rescue a boy who has been on the island for a couple of weeks. I watched this movie the most out of the Jurassic Park movies. I mostly liked the ending of the movie. I hope you like my blog and then watch the movie, i hope you enjoy.

The cast of Jurassic Park III is Sam Neill as Alan Grant, who you may know off of Merlin. Tea Leoni as Amanda Kirby, who you may know off of Bad Boys. Laura Dern as Ellie Sattler, who you may know off of The Fault in Our Stars. William H. Macy as Paul Kirby, who you may know off of Wild Hogs. Alessandro Nivola as Billy Brennan, who you may know off of American Hustle. Trevor Morgan as Erik Kirby, who you may know off of Mean Creek. Michael Jeter as Mr. Udesky, who you may know off of The Green Mile. John Diehl as Cooper, who you may know off of the T.V. show Miami Vice. Bruce Young as M. B. Nash, who you may know off of Basic Instinct. Julio Oscar Mechoso as Enrique Cardoso, who you may know off of The Legend of Zorro. Taylor Nichols as Mark Degler, who you may know off of Metropolitan. Mark Harelik as Ben Hildebrand, who you may know off of Trumbo.

The movie starts off a little sad and weird. Going on about the second island of Jurassic Park, the island were they mad the animals, dinosaurs are roaming everywhere to find something to eat, doesn’t matter big or small they are. A couple is going to pay big bucks if Dr. Grant can show them around the second island. Though he didn’t want to he did anyway. Then he finds out that the couple is really just looking for there son, and want Allen to show them around to find them. They end up finding him, but more stuff goes down. In the end, they all get off the island in almost one piece.

Things you might not have know about Jurassic Park 3. The director of Jurassic Park 3 wanted to direct The Lost World: Jurassic Park. You can thank Jurassic Park for the creation of Jar Jar Binks in Star Wars. The raptor cries were created using tortoise sex noises. Jurassic Park: The Ride cost almost twice the as much to make as the film, and the ride is super fun. The Spinosaurus was the largest animatronic ever built. It weighed 12 tons and was operated by hydraulics, which allowed it to operate while completely submerged in water. The establishing wide shot of the dig site was actual footage of Jack Horner’s excavation, filmed in early summer 2001. The site contained several large fossils of Tyrannosaurus and some Hadrosaurs.

I like this movie, mostly because I like to learn about dinosaurs. I guess I’m weird for that, but I love this kind of stuff. I like the way how everything in the movie is all about survival. I hope you watch and enjoy the movie. The next blog is about a newer Jurassic Park, a park that they thought was going to be better that the original park.
